  • What prices are our services? +

    Total cost for a project will depend on the equipment used and how many hours it takes to complete it. This is why we offer our free, no obligation preplan meeting. Each video project is unique. It is almost impossible for us to give a quote without first seeing locations, products, and discussing the project requirements. If you are looking for video shooting only contact us for our camera packages.
  • Can you do just part of my video, such as shooting or editing only? +

    Yes, we can do an entire project or just the part of it that you need. For instance if you just need your own footage edited or want us to shoot some footage for you to use in your editing.
  • How long does it take? +

    The time to complete a video varies with each project. We have done some same-day shoot, edit, and deliver videos while others have taken several months to finish. Some things that affect the turn around time of a project are scheduling conflicts, waiting on approvals, location logistics, legal department reviews, and even the weather.
  • What payments methods do we accept? +

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, check, and cash.
  • Who owns the footage? +

    Copyright law states that in most cases the videographer owns the footage. However, it is our policy to give up rights to the raw footage once the project has been delivered and we have been paid in full. If a client wishes to get a copy of the footage there will be an extra duplication fee to cover the media and labor for the copy. This applies to raw footage only. We do not give out project files, graphics and music created or licensed for the project, or any other element used in the project. Clients always receive a full resolution copy of the edited master to use as needed.
  • Are you insured? +

    Yes, we carry both liability insurance and equipment insurance.
